Hi Angelina

 Its Easy.Just go to Format menu,Choose the Page option.A Page Style Dialog Box Appears.There choose the page tab.In this Tab you will find 2 radio buttons (1)Portrait & (2)Landscape.Choose your Desired option and click OK
