Only a little note:

Instead of add this repositories (they are for Ubuntu 8.10 intrepid)

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/openoffice-pkgs/ubuntu intrepid main

Click on "Add source". Click again on "+ Add" and paste the following;

deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/openoffice-pkgs/ubuntu intrepid main

You must add these:

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/openoffice-pkgs/ubuntu hardy main

Click on "Add source". Click again on "+ Add" and paste the following;

deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/openoffice-pkgs/ubuntu hardy main
