Is there a clipart in linux? If so how to use it?

Asked by Lakshmi

As in MSOffice, is there any default pictures in linux? Is there a clipart? Is we are taking a screen shot how to insert it in open office writer or presentation?
I am not able to view the saved the screen shot image in the picture folder. Why is that happening?

1. There is no way to insert simple boxes in presentation, nor arrows nor lines. I cannot make a simple organisation chart.
2. Why is open office difficult to use and incompatible with anything from Microsoft (which I hate)
