Converting an dictionary extension from release 2 to release 3 OpenOffice

I have a home developed Dictionary under OpenOffice release2.
Is there a auto conversion tool to convert 2.0 release extension to release 3.0
If so, can you point me to its URL. If not, could you make suggestions on what I need to do to update my extension to release 3.

I'm not sure, if I understood the problem. What is a developed Dictionary? A document?

If it is a document I suggest to open the document in OpenOffice 3.0.
