Hi

You can use either a spreadsheet (Calc) or a database (Base) as a data source. Myself, I prefer a spreadsheet as you can enter the whole address in a cell using Ctrl-Return at the end of each address line. Base doesn't allow that. The top row of your Calc table will need to have column names in it.

If you use a spreadsheet, you need to register it as a data source using File > Wizards > Address Data Source > Other External data source ... and so on. You will then be able to select it in the Database fields in the envelope dialog.

When you select Print for your envelope(s) you get into the Mail Merge dialog where you can select the address(es) to print envelope(s) for.
