can't see database in "view datasource"

Trying to create mailing labels. Imported database from other Ubuntu computer. Ooo runs normally, except after pressing "view data source" my address database is not listed. Data source was created with Ooo Base. Saved in "my documents."

Hi Herb

Go to Tools > Options > OpenOffice.org Base > Databases. Is it listed there? If not, use New... to add it.

Wow! That was fast. Thanks. I must add that it's not a very intuitive step to haveto do. I'm grateful you gave me the clue.
