Hi,

you can download a barcode font from http://www.barcodesinc.com/free-barcode-font

In gnome, choose Places | Home Folder from the menu panel (ie open nautilus). When file browser opens, enter "fonts:///" as the Location. Then simply drag the new font into the fonts directory.

Now you can use the barcode font in OpenOffice.org

In order to use letters in a barcode you need to set the barcode type to CODE-128

EAN-8, EAN-13, and UPC barcodes only accept numbers.

Can you help with this problem?
