replace formulas with values

I want to replace formulas in cells with the values that the formulas return, using a macro. Can this be done?

I am not sure if that helps, but you can do this with copy & paste. Select the cells in question and copy them. Then paste them into themselves with paste special (uncheck Selection->Paste all and Selection->Formulae, check Selection->Numbers).
