No Title Bar in Calc

For instance, if you want to print the title of the document, you need

Format > Page > Header tab > Edit...
Click the second icon in the 'Custom Header' row with the cursor in the appropriate Header area.
You can create and save a custom Page style to reproduce this for any sheet or even edit the default page style if this is a standard way you want all spread sheets printed.
