Feisty : Open Office Writer incompressible top and bottom margin in A4 document

Each time I install Chinese language support in Feisty, I get incompressible top and bottom margins in A4 portrait documents. A screen shot is available at http://librarian.launchpad.net/6871684/Capture-1.png

Does anybody know which configuration file I could delete/edit to revert to normal?

Right now, I can't do any work in OO in Feisty, because even if it's English/French documents, the problem appears (and removing Chinese support doesn't solves the bug).
