How do add a field to a form?

I have added a field to a table on which a form is defined. How can I add that field to the form, "In Blocks - Labels Above" arrangement? P.S. Is this the right place to be asking such questions, or is there a Forum I should be in?

The advantage there is that you can attach an example of what you are trying to do. I have to admit, I am struggling to visualize exactly what it is you want.
