Editing a downloaded document

Asked by MrsAdams

I downloaded a file from ms word successfully. However, when I attempt to type into the document, the font is blue and underlined. Also, when I backspace to erase words, the program draws a line through them when I would just like for the word to completely disappear.

I appreciate your time and assistance.

maybe the word is a link (web o email), try to underline the underline blue text and set the Standard style.

I figured out that the program is tracking my changes. That's the problem. How do I take it off of that setting?

I'm not 100% sure, but in the 'Edit' menu there's a sub-menu called 'Changes', and I think the option is in there.

Hope it helps,
 Matt
