How to get this (') to show up in Times New Roman after the msttcorefonts has been installed?

How can I get this (') to show up in Times New Roman to match the rest of the fonts? It needs to match the other quotation marks when used inside dialoge. I installed the msttcorefonts from Synaptic and this seems to be the only difference.
BTW: Thanks on the Header/Pg# issue.
