Need Header and Page Number to start on Page 2.

What you will need to do to accomplish this is got to page 1 (where you would like to remove the header) and click on "Format > Styles and Formatting" or press "F11" in the new window that opens you should click the button that has a little page icon (fourth from the left). You can then double click on "First Page" and the header will be removed on this page.

Now on the second page your page will still have the header and the page number should be 2. To make this page 1 if that is what you desire you need to double click on the page number (you may need to do this a few times to get it) and it will open a window called "Edit Fields: Document". At the bottom of this page will be a field that says "Offset" it will be set at "0" if you set it to "-1" your second page will now be page 1.
