openoffice.org-help-en-us

I have open office package.
When I try to go get help on pressing "Help" on the tool bar followed by "Openoffice.org.help" I get the following message.
"please install the Openoffice.org-help-en-us or locate specific openoffice.org-help-<language-code>"

I do not know where to find Openoffice.org-help-en-us and this is driving around the bend.

Can anyone help?

go to System→Administration→Synaptic Package Manager→ here find this package and install it.

Thanks for the suggestion. But,

and also the other links you provided did not work.
However what worked was that I went to
System
Administration
Synaptic Package Manager
Then using the search function searched for
"Openoffice.org-help-en-us"
and thatseach located the file which i went on to successfully install.
