I have tried in this Ubuntu also, like I have gone to the Applications - System tools - Language Support and Applied Malayam also. Still the Malayalam fonts are not working, and I am not able to read the site of www.manorama.com.

Please help and advice wat to do to install Malayalam fonts in my system.

Hi, and thanks for your question.

I tried to access www.manorama.com with my own computer, and Firefox was unable to render the text correctly. However, Firefox had no problem rendering http://ml.wikipedia.org/wiki/ . It seems that the website Manorama itself uses incorrect character encoding. It tells it to be ISO-8859-1, which it just could not be, as that is Latin-1. As I don't know the encoding for Malayalam language, I'm unable to force Firefox to use that.

For now, I'd recommend you to use other web services. Also, check if your browser is able to render Malayalam Wikipedia correctly.

NOTE: If this solves your problem, do not forget to mark this question as Solved. Thank you.
