Cursor keys, or do you mean jump straight to a cell?

In an openoffice or libreoffice spreadsheet there is no particular way to define a 'tab order' like you can in programmed forms, but if you protect the cells you don't want the cursor to go to, then you will be able to tab sequentially through the unprotected cells.

You can design forms (in Writer) where you do have control over the tab order, but they are too complex to describe here.

Here is another possible solution...

You can put Form Controls on the sheet (e.g. Text boxes) and link the contents of a cell in the sheet to the contents of the text box. You can then set the Tab Order of these text boxes in whatever order you want. Whatever you enter into the text box will also appear in the linked cell. You can also hide the linked cells, have text boxes with the results from other cells, etc, etc.

I suggest that if this looks good to you, you play around with it a bit to find out all the possibilities.
