Document doesn't show graphic

When I open my letterhead which has my logo in the header as a graphic that I placed on it it shows up as an abstract thumbnail sketch crowded in the upper left hand corner of my letterhead. How do I get it back in its full glory?

I'm using open office. The document use to show the graphic. This didn't solve my problem but thanks for trying!
