how do I delete a text box from an open office spreadsheet?

I downloaded a copy of the youneedabudget.com open office spread sheet, and there's a text box with instructions in the middle of one of the forms. I'd like to delete the text box so I can read my budget, but I have been unsuccessful in my attempts. Any suggestions?

hi,
try rightclick on your textbox and then select "cut"
