I have ubuntu 11.10 recently which come with Libreoffice. As users say that Openoffice suite is better. so I want to work in Openoffice.org and tell me how to get it work in UBUNTU 11.10

You can uninstall libreoffice using software centre as you expect. You can then head over to the openoffice page and grab the compressed archive of debs and install those. Using this method will mean you will MANUALLY have to check for updates.

Neither is outright better. If one were to be better then the other would completely cease to exist as nobody would use the inferior product. Think about.....
