How do I install the formatting bar back to my open office?

Somehow I have deleted the formatting bar from my open office. now I need to reinstall it..I looked in Help, then open office. org writer, then text documents to find what I needed, now I am stuck.

View > Toolbars > Formatting

is what I think you want

Thanks, but that got me no where....in the end I went to 'help' and somehow worked through from there and did re-establish my toolbar, but now I can't repeat the exercise, didn't write it down soon enough..
