Only 30 of 57 labels printing

Asked by Chris Juergens

I set up printing labels from a spreadsheet but only one page is printed containing 30 records. There are 27 other records which do not print. What setting do I change to include all 57 records? When I set up the document all 57 records were high-lighted.

Hi,
I do not have the slightest idea what you were doing, how did you set up your spreadsheet? How do you print (you click the print-button) you choose file > print, and in the print-dialog, what choices did you make? Remember, i cannot look over your shoulder to look what you were doing, so i cannot provide an answer very easily.
However, i can give it a try. When it does not work, please provide a step by step procedure so i can follow your steps and figure out what went wrong....

try this: select all your labels, and then press {ctrl+p}, and choose "Selection" and press ok.

Even though my data source had 57 entries the label sheet I was using only had 30 labels so I had to choose the first thirty and print them and then create another label sheet with the next 27 entries. When I picked all 57 at the first go-around it would only print the first 30. This might be just a work-around but it worked. It would be a difficult work-around if the data source had hundreds or thousands of entries.
