I've heard of a database of open source clip art for OpenOffice.org, available somewhere online, but I'm not sure of the address. There might be something useful therein. I read about it in LinuxUser a few months ago. Let me know if you have trouble finding the site (and it seems to be the thing you're looking for) and I'll try to dig up the article with the address.

Install the package openclipart, you will find it in Synaptic (if not activate universe-repositories)
