foreign translator

     Good Afternoon,
                                  I came upon a Bulgarian web site, expressed in Bulgarian. On the Internet there is a program 'Bablefish' that might be used to interpret that web page. Is there a program from synaptic mgr. that will do the same thing? I searched to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

The best translators are usually on-line and as far as I know there are no programs that can translate web pages like Babelfish. There is another website, however, and it's called Google Translate.
