open office text editor is giving me @#*#$%?

the navigator window has expanded to fill half the screen from right to left and i cant shrink it again and ive got an assignment due on monday and its really heavy and i refuse to operate under these conditions

close ALL openoffice apps including the startup app then run:

mkdir ~/tempoo; mv ~/.openoffic* ~/tempoo

Then rerun the app. You will get default settings which should help. If all is well then you can run:

rm -r ~/tempoo

to remove the old folder
