Setting UP spreadsheet/graphs/bar chart

Does anyone have a application in a spreadsheet for inputting data and converting this to graphs/bar chart?

I would like to represent the contents of oil storage tank as a graph or bar chart showing the volume of oil in the tank.

Also possibly showing this against the number of days.

You will need to be a little more specific. Spreadsheets were designed for exactly this task.

Data with be entered once or twice a month and would like to used to predict volume used over time.

I have data over the last 18 months so far.

I would like to be able to predict when to purchase oil at the lowest price and the largest volume.

No additional information is reuqired, you just need the two columns of data, then click the bar graph tool.

This may or may not help you to "best" predict purchase prices -- you need better maths for that.
