Circular Text in Impress?

Is it possible to create circular (or elliptical) text in Impress? I'm translating a birth certificate, and it has a couple of circular stamps on it with relevant text. For now I'm just putting the text inside a circle, but I'd like the text to follow the circle the way it does in stamps and seals. The Fontwork Gallery has circular fonts, but they're artistic and I really just need a basic font like Arial or Times New Roman that follows the circle.
