Hi Talya

I assume you mean copy data from a spreadsheet table to a table in a text document. If so, do the following:

1. Highlight the data in the spreadsheet table and Copy (I use Ctrl-C but you may use another way to copy)

2. Switch to the text document and do Edit > Paste Special. Choose Unformatted Text.

3. Highlight the text you have just pasted and do Table > Convert > Text to Table. You probably will not have to change any of the options you are presented with. Just click OK
