spelling & grammer option not checking wrong words, plz help

spelling & grammer option not checking wrong words, plz help
Its not showing any co9ncern with check line. just say spell check complete but nothing didect as wrong, but i make mistakes. and change USA english too.

Also tell that how i can use Oxford English dic.
for genral use

The oxford english dictionary is copyrighted by Oxford University Press, and thus cannot be legally used.

To troubleshoot your spellcheck, please try installing these packages

aspell
aspell-en
hunspell
myspell-en
