Switch between browser and writer and back again

I want to copy a series of browser pages to OOwriter single page. Each time I go to browser page I lose oo writer.

Can't you do the follwing thing :
* in the browser, select the text (with the mouse, for instance)
* then alt+tab to switch to OOwriter
* then middle-click in OOwriter to paste the selection
