I am wondering in row one, how can i make the words sideways?

I HAVE ABOUT 40 TITLES TO PUT ACROSS THE TOP OF THE PAGE IN ROW ONE. I WANT ALL OF THE WORDS GOING ACROSS TO BE SIDESWAYS. THANKYOU.

in calc, use Format>Cells>Alignment>text orientation

you can grab onto the blue dot on the wheel that looks like a clock and move it around.

in writer: use Format>Character>Position>rotation/scaling
