Is there a way to create custom buttons?

I have 2 spreadsheets that I use almost daily. On one, when I press "enter" I want the focus to shift to the next cell toward the right. On the other, when I press "enter" I want the focus to shift to the next cell downward. I know how to do this in the "Tools>Options>Calc>General" options page, but it would be great if there were a toolbar button that would change this with one click. Even better would be if the program remembered my desired focus behavior depending on which spreadsheet was open, but I'd be tickled with just the button if there were a way to make it. Any ideas? Thanks!
