cannot print full page of spreadsheet content

On trying to print contents of spread sheet either by using File/print or print direct from icon, results in only printing a heading "sheet one" and then one word and part of date on next line. Print preview also only shows this despite having 20 completed rows. Please help, thanks, Geoffrey Shaw

Hi Geoffrey

Very strange! Can you open a blank spreadsheet and copy/paste the cells into it and see if that works.

If it doesn't come back here and tell us a bit more about the format of your spreadsheet and also the versions of OpenOffice.org and Ubuntu that you are using.

Doi the other rows and columns print on separate pages? If they do, is it just like the first page?
There could be a number of causes:
1) you set a print area without knowing it,
2) you have set an exceedingly large header/footer
3) your margins are incorrectly set

For problems like this, it's better to get help from the openoffice site. There, you can upload your file and people can analyze it to see what when wrong where.
