How do I push something to back?

I dragged a picture into open office draw and I need it to be the background how do I do that?

Hi Michelle

Select the picture to highlight it. Right click on the picture to get the context menu and select Arrange > Send to Back.

If you want to put it behind everything else just right-click on the object you want to push to the back, and then select Arrange/Send to back.

...If you rather want to send it back by one position right-click on it and select Arrange/Send Backward.

You will find the same concept in Inkscape, too.
