is there a way that a document made in the word processor can be converted into a picture file?

im making a document in a word processor and i want it to post in my web account..is there anyway i can convert word files into a picture files?

I don't think you can export a document from OOo to an image file (jpeg, tiff, png, etc). Here are a couple of suggestions for how you might do it:

1. Print out the document and scan it - save the scan in the image format of your choice.

2. Do a screen shot - Alt-PrintScr for the active window - this normally saves as a png file. However, you may want to edit the image in something like The Gimp to remove OOo headings and tool bars.

You could export to PDF and open this in Gimp. Now, you can save this in the image format you like.
Btw "Print and scan" is funny!
