How do I Installing Read_Text entension in Writer?

I downloaded Read_Text.0.3.3.oxt. It is on my desk top. How do I install it into OpenOffice3.2.0, build 9483 Writer?

There is an extension manager in the "Tool" menu, did you try it? "Add" button, choose the file, give it a try maybe ?
