How do I create an ORG chart?

In word you can create an org chart, is there such a feature with open office? where do I find it? or do I actually have to draw it myself? I like the org chart in word because everything comes out so uniform without having to put much thought and planning into it, I don't always have time for such planning... help please :)

Goto: view > toolbars > and check the draw (or drawing) toolbar.
Then, use the tools to draw your chart.

Another option:
Goto: file > new > drawing.
and create your chart there...

you could also apt-get install dia-gnome, a tool specific for diagramming.

Not sure if it supports organisational charts though
