ppm.so is missing from slapd package v2.5.11 jammy

this ppm module (OpenLDAP module for checking password quality) is missing from v2.5.11, how to correctly add this module?

Not all programs will be included with Jammy 22.04 Ubuntu.

Any module or program added safely is through Synaptic Package Manager.
