ldap n-way multi master from Ubuntu Server guide

i installed openldap on Ubuntu 8.10 Server from
https://help.ubuntu.com/8.10/serverguide/C/openldap-server.html#openldap-configuration ,my replication
setup didn't not work,I tested this document multiples times but no
success would any body test this??

Server 2 have empty log in starting but when i stop server 1
,following log appears and when start again my server 1 ,once again
