where is the test dir in Jtreg?

I have installed JTREG from command
> sudo apt-get install jtreg
> sudo apt-get install libjtharness-java

JAVA_HOME=/usr/lib/jvm/java-1.8.0-openjdk-x86/
PRODUCT_HOME=/home/work/jdk8u/build/linux-x86-normal-server-fastdebug/images/j2sdk-image
JT_HOME=/usr/bin/jtreg

Problem in running JTREG...

jtreg -dir:/home/work/jdk8u/make
Error: No test suite or tests specified.
Usage:
         jtreg options... tests...
