Can oiiotool be compiled with turbojpeg?

We're using oiiotool in a VFX production environment and we're converting massive numbers of EXR files to JPEG. Traditionally we've always compiled our own OpenImageIO but the Ubuntu one is spot on except for turbojpeg which is at least 2x as fast as the standard libjpeg, sometimes much faster.

I suggest you report a bug with your fix as a solution. This may get the default package updated sooner rather than later
