What is the output of:

lsb_release -a; uname -a

On the system you want to install it to, please?

Thanks

(1)when i execute the lsb_release -a, the answer as follows:

No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID: Linaro
Description: Linaro 12.09
Release: 12.09
Codename: precise

(2)when i execute the uname -a, the answer as follows:
Linux linaro-ubuntu-desktop 3.14.0-xilinx #1 SMP PREEMPT Mon Apr 10 13:31:28 CST 2017 armv7l armv7l armv7l GNU/Linux

There is 0.97 in the repositories. You can install it using apt-get etc.

hi:
I have downloaded the onboard_0.97.0.orig.tar.gz, but how to cross compiler it?
Can you give me the step by step?

Why are you downloading things at all. Open a terminal and run:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install onboard

Done. This isn't Windows where users are expected to manually download and install what they want. It's nearly all in one place.

thanks again

the real situation is the ubuntu desk app is disabled, now I enable the qt app start by defalut.
I want to realize popuping the onboard, when I want to input.Althought the onboard has been installed.
The real qusetion is i don't know the qt how to call the onboard?
That's why I need the method of transplating.

Can you help with this problem?
