deadlock in omniORB version 4.2.2

Hi,

in omniORB version 4.2.2 we are facing deadlock problem which was fixed in next version 4.2.3. I've also got a confirmation from Duncan Grisby (one of maintainers of omniORB source on SourceForge platform) about that fix.

I am wondering if there are any plans to upgrade existing debian package to the latest 4.2.4 version.

Ubuntu has copied that package from Debian, and Debian has already version 4.2.4 in "experimental" (but not yet in "unstable", "testing" or "stable").

The deadlock problem may be severe enough to justify a SRU or backport.
I suggest that you create a bug report to notice the developers, that they decide what to do.
