How i can update nvidia-prime 0.5.7 to 0.6?

If i try to update nvidia-prime 0.5.7 to 0.6 he ask me to remove apturl nautilus-share software-proprieties-gtk ubuntu-desktop ubuntu-drivers-common. Why? I use Ubuntu 14.04 LTS with proposed repository enabled.

If the bug and security fixes are significant, the package will be updated.
