GTK theme broken by nvidia-prime?

After installing nvidia-prime on trusty (after full update) I don't seem to be able to use any GTK themes. Only window borders are used and only from Ambiance, changing theme in unity-tweak-tools doesn't do anything. I think this could be a bug with lightdm but do not have enough knowledge to confirm this. Internets also report this happening sometimes. I'm on optimus-enabled Samsung NP550P5C-S04PL (i5 with HD4000 and GF650M). If there any solutions available I would very much appreciate any input, even Google search terms if this is known and solved - I weren't able to find anything valuable. Trusty was working before with bumblebee but only with HD Graphics, optirun had terrible framerates - 1-2% of what I got with integrated GPU.

lsb_release -a; uname -a; dpkg -l | egrep 'nvidia|bumble'

Then insuggest you report a bug. Trusty is not stable and not ready.
