Problems with Driver (NVIDIA Driver Version: 270.30)

Blank screens have more than two windows open, wrong behavior in some applications, smplayer, cairo dock, etc, so will the edges of window, application screens suddenly go blank, sometimes not launch applications. without the driver enabled these problems disappear.

Any idea how to fix this?

what do you mean by "blank screens have more than two windows open"?
how is the behaviour wrong? what is the expected behaviour?
etc.

I have the same video card and everything works fine.
where did you download the driver from? the most current supported one from nvidia is version 195.36.24

go into system>administration>hardware drivers and install the current nvida driver.

how is the Behavior wrong? What is the Expected Behaviour?
etc.

if I have two applications running, opening the third, this appears blank screen ... if I have two windows open nautilus, the third will appear in white, etc.

Smplayer for example does not open the videos, get stuck, window borders disappear in some applications, some applications do not work properly, I'm using the latest current nvida driver:

I found something at the last minute: the problem is with compiz enabled, disabling compiz works fine this driver.

probably is a bug, I've reported this possible bug.
