Logging in as Guest account did not fix the problem. Seen same behavior and problems as if I logged in the main account.

As a test to make sure the guest account didn't get corrupted in the past, as I log in as guest when I go in stealth web mode, I created a new user. I logged into the new user and had the same problems with NVIDIA, COMPIZ and Unity.
