Update the software of Ubuntu 16.04

Can you update the Cuda-toolkit for ubuntu 16.04, most of the Linux distribution are based on Ubuntu 16.04 and they can't get the lasted Cuda-toolkit and must download it in the other place.

Remember to filter for Xenial.

Packages in Ubuntu are rarely updated without good cause (especially in the LTS releases). Ubuntu champions stability over new packages so you will see old package versions.
