leap second issue in ubuntu 10.04 AMI (id:ami-a3017293)

Dear all
I have installed a ubuntu(ubuntu-lucid-10.04-i386-server-20140529) in Amazon AWS for a while.
My boss ask me about leap second issue in this AMI(id:ami-a3017293) that if it fixed?
Does anyone ever check this security issue that ubuntu 10.04 in AWS ever been check?

Lucid is EOL next month. I suggest you look into upgrading to Precise soon.

As long as you are using NTP (very likely) then you won't see any issues.
