Comment 30 for bug 428509

I dint expect this DND to be implemented any time soon and finally tried to revert this.
I was *very* surprised how simple it was to 'revert' this change!! ;p

If anyone else wants to have notifications displayed always, you can use it from ppa > https://launchpad.net/~vish/+archive/notify-osd
